I was reminded of the old song “Roll out those Lazy Hazy Crazy days of summer…” this week when I pulled out the Lazy Days bundle to create some cards. This is a really fun set to work with – so many pretty images and die cuts! Whether you want to make a simple card or make one that requires a lot of coloring and die cuts, this bundle is for you. There are so many possibilities!
Here is the more simple of the two cards I made. It boasts a few die cuts and one stamped image.
If you love to color and use a lot of images, then this card is for you.

For the simple card, you will need the following cardstock:
- Card Base: Balmy Blue – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Basic White – 5″ x 3 3/4″, embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D embossing folder
- Inside Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Rocking Chair: Scrap of Copper Clay
- Leaf Sprays: Scraps of Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lime Twist
- Pergola: Scrap of Crumb Cake
- Table: Scrap of Basic White
Here are the cardstock requirements for the stepped-up card:
- Card Base: Balmy Blue – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Basic White – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″ , cut two
- Leaf Sprays: Scraps of Lemon Lime Twist
- All other Stamped Images and Die Cuts: Scraps of Basic White
