Here’s a great card sketch that works so well with many different stamp sets. I even used the new Halloween set called Potions and Spells, and I love the way it turned out! I made three very different cards in this week’s video – one more elegant with the Spotlight on Nature Set, one cute one with the Charming Duck Pond set, and one seasonal (Halloween). CASE (Copy And Share Everything) these cards, or use your favorite stamp sets with the sketch for your own creations. I know you’ll be happy with the results!

The Spotlight on Nature card lends itself to a more elegant card because the images are so realistic.
Cardstock requirements for the Spotlight on Nature card:
- Card Base: Pumpkin Pie – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Unbounded Beauty DSP – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Second Layer: Unbounded Beauty – 5 1/4″ x 1 7/8″
- Cardstock Squares: Peach Pie – 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″, cut two
- White Squares (for stamping): Basic White 2″ x 2″, cut two
- Inside: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Inside Strips: Peach Pie – 4″ x 5/8″, Unbounded Beauty DSP – 4″ x 1/2″
Cardstock requirements for the Charming Duck Pond card:
- Card Base: Granny Apple Green – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Lily Pond Lane DSP – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Second Layer: Lily Pond Lane 5 1/4″ x 1 7/8″
- Cardstock Squares: Pretty Peacock – 2 1/2″ x 2 1/4″, cut two
- White Squares (for stamping): Basic White – 2″ x 2″
- Small Ducks: Scraps of Basic White
- Inside: Basic White 5 1/4″ x 4″
Cardstock Requirements for Halloween Card:
- Card Base: Gorgeous Grape – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Lemon Lime Twist – 5 1/4″ x 4″, embossed with Dashing Designs EF
- Second Layer: In-Color Glimmer Paper (Peach Pie) – 5 1/4″ x 1 7/8″
- Cardstock Squares: Basic Black – 2 1/4″ x 2 1/4″, cut two
- White Squares (for stamping): Basic White 2″ x 2″, cut two
- Greeting: Scrap of Basic White
- Inside: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
