One of the bundles in the new January – April 2025 mini catalog is called Memorable Blooms, and that is the set I chose to work with for the video this week. I used silver embossing and watercolor for one card and a sponge dauber to create a sepia look for the other card. If you missed the live presentation, you can watch the replay here.
The silver embossed card has lots of layers, part of the reason it catches your eye. Also, dry embossing of two of the layers adds to the interest.
Here are the cardstock measurements you will need for the blue card:
- Card Base: Lost Lagoon – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Basic White – 4 3/4″ x 3 1/2″
