Remember blowing the fuzzies off of a dandelion and making a wish? Lots of silver embossed dandelions on this card just might make the Birthday Wishes come true!
Cut Cardstock:
- Card Base: Whisper White – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ , score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer: Silver Foil – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
- Second Layer: Rococo Rose – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
- Third Layer: Whisper White – 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″
- Greeting: Rococo Rose – 2 1/4″ x 1 1/4″ , Whisper White – 2 1/4′ x 1 1/4″
- Inside Layers: Rococo Rose – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″, Whisper White – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
Assembly:
Snail the Silver Foil cardstock to card base, then snail the 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8′ piece of Rococo Rose cardstock to the silver foil.
Using Rococo Rose ink, stamp the background words from the Very Versailles stamp set to the right side of the 4 7/8″ x 3 5/8″ piece of Whisper White cardstock.
With Versamark ink, use the single dandelion stamp and stamp the image toward the right bottom corner of the Whisper White cardstock, sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool. (I actually stamped this image twice, the second time slightly under the first image to fill in the space in the right corner).
Using the triple dandelion stamp, stamp the image on the left side of the Whisper White cardstock with Versamark ink, once at the bottom and once right above that. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool.
Use the small dandelion seed stamp and Versamark ink to stamp extra seeds coming off of the dandelions, sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool. Refer to photo for placement of the dandelions. Snail this piece to the card front.
Use the smallest scallop oval from the Layering Ovals framelits to crop the small piece of Rococo Rose cardstock.
Use Versamark ink to stamp the ‘Birthday Wishes’ greeting from the Butterfly Wishes stamp set onto the small piece of Whisper White cardstock, sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool.
Crop with the smallest oval from the Stitched Shapes framelits, snail to the Rococo Rose scalloped oval then use dimensionals to attach to the card front. Refer to photo for placement.
Place large and medium rhinestones in the centers of the dandelions.
Inside:
Snail the remaining piece of Rococo Rose cardstock to the inside of the card.
Use Versamark ink to stamp the single dandelion to the left upper side of the remaining piece of Whisper White cardstock, sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool.
Use Versamark ink to stamp the sentiment from the Special Celebrations stamp set, sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool. Snail the completed piece to the inside of the card.
Envelope:
Use Versamark ink to stamp the dandelion seed stamp to the lower left corner of the envelope. Sprinkle with silver embossing powder and set with heat tool.
