FB Live Recap: Mistletoe Magic

 

For my video this week, I chose to use the Mistletoe Magic bundle to create two pretty Christmas cards. I used gold heat embossing and watercoloring for the mistletoe images, as well as added red glimmer paper, gold foil paper, and red rhinestones for added bling. For the card with the red card base, you will need the following cardstock:
  • Card Base: Real Red – 11″ x 4 1/4″, score at 5 1/2″
  • First Layer: Gold Foil Paper 4 5/8″ x 3 3/8″
  • Second Layer: Basic White – 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4,” emboss with Wintry 3D folder
  • Mistletoe: Shimmery White –  4 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
  • Pine Branches: Scraps of Gold Foil Paper
  • Bow: Scrap of Red Glimmer Paper
  • Inside Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Inside Strip: Gold Foil Paper 4″ x 3/8″

 

Here are the cardstock requirements for the card with the green background:
  • Card Base: Pear Pizzazz – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
  • First Layer: Shaded Spruce – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Second Layer: Boughs of Holly DSP – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Third Layer: Basic White – 4″ x 2 “, emboss with Wintry 3D folder
  • Fourth Layer: Pear Pizzazz – 4 5/8″ x 2 7/8″
  • Fifth Layer: Red Glimmer Paper – 4 1/2″ x 2 3/4″
  • Mistletoe: Shimmery White – 4 1/2″ x 4 1/4″
  • Mistletoe Sprig and Bow: Gold Foil Paper – 4 1/2″ x 4″
  • Inside First Layer: Shaded Spruce – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Inside Second Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Inside Strip: Red Glimmer Paper – 4″ x 3/8″
