Use the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set to create a lovely trio of daisies on this card.
Cut Cardstock:
- Card Base: Whisper White – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- First Layer: Old Olive – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″, cut two
- Second Layer (OUTSIDE): Gold Foil Flower Ornate Garden Designer Paper – 5 3/8″ x 1 3/4″
- Second Layer (INSIDE): Whisper White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Background Matts: Basic Black – 2 3/4″ x 1 1/2″, cut three; 3 5/8″ x 3/4″ cut one
- Stamped Images: Whisper White – 2 5/8″ x 1 3/8″, cut three; 3 1/2″ x 5/8″ cut one
Assembly:
Emboss one piece of the Old Olive cardstock with the Ornate Flower 3D embossing folder, then adhere to the card front with snail.
Use snail to adhere the gold foil flowered Designer Paper piece to the card front slightly above center.
Using Mossy Meadow ink, stamp the daisy image from the Ornate Style stamp set onto each of the 2 5/8″ x 1 3/8″ pieces of Whisper White cardstock. Color the flower images with Stampin’ Blends markers, using Daffodil Delight combo for the flowers, Dark Soft Suede for the flower centers and Old Olive combo for the leaves. Adhere these to the corresponding Basic Black pieces with snail.
Use dimensionals to attach these to the card front slightly above center – see the photo for placement. Make sure to evenly space these pieces on the card front! I find it easier to do this by placing the end pieces on first, then centering the middle image between them.
Use Memento ink to stamp the greeting from the Peaceful Moments stamp set onto the 3 1/2″ x 5/8″ strip of Whisper White cardstock, then adhere to the Basic Black strip of cardstock. Use dimensionals to attach this piece to the card front underneath the daisies.
Inside:
Use snail to adhere the remaining piece of Old Olive cardstock to the inside of the card.
Use Mossy Meadow ink to stamp a single daisy from the Ornate Style stamp set onto the lower left corner of the remaining piece of Whisper White cardstock. Color with the Daffodil Delight combo, Old Olive combo and Dark Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends as you did for the card front.
Use Memento ink to stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set to this piece, then snail the completed piece to the inside of the card.
Envelope:
Using Mossy Meadow ink, stamp a single daisy image onto the lower left corner of the envelope and color with the Daffodil Delight combo, Old Olive combo and Dark Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends as you did for the inside.
