For my Facebook Live video this week, I made a Halloween card and Mini Hershey Candy treat box. I really enjoyed designing these projects since the Frightfully Cute bundle is so much fun to work with, and of course, I love Fall and all the holidays and celebrations that come with it!
For the card, I chose to use the moon image from the To The Moon stamp set since it reminds me of the big full moon when it rises early in the evening and appears so large. I also used the cropped tree from the Beautiful Trees die set because I wanted it to look larger in the foreground.

Here are the cardstock requirements to make the card:
- Card Base: Night of Navy – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer (front): Blackberry Bliss – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
- First Layer (inside): Very Vanilla – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Second Layer: Very Vanilla – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Moon: Basic White – 3″ x 3″
- Tree: Early Espresso – 4 3/4″ x 3 1/4″
- Fence: Basic Black – 4 1/2″ x 1 1/2″
- Pumpkins: Scrap of Basic White
For the Mini Treat Box you will need the following cardstock:
- Box: Basic Black – 5 3/4″ x 4 5/8″, score long side at 1/2″, 2 5/8″, 3 1/8″ & 5 1/4″; score the short side at 1/2″ & 4 1/8″
- First Layer: Pumpkin Pie – 3 1/2″ x 2″
- Second Layer: Cute Halloween DSP multi-color dots – 3 1/4″ x 1 3/4″
- Spider Web: Silver Foil – 3″ x 3″
- Witch Hat: Scrap of Black Glimmer Paper
- Greeting: Scrap of Pumpkin Pie
- Candy “Wrappers”: Cute Halloween DSP – cut four, 2 each of 2 different designs – 3″ x 1 1 /2″
