Easter Friends Fun-Fold Card

These little cuties from the Easter Friends stamp set are used to make this simple fun-fold Easter card. Who could resist a smile when you look at them? Be sure to check out the other cards and projects I’ve made using this stamp set!

  • The Card Base is a 6 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ piece of Polished Pink cardstock scored at 4 1/4″.
  • Layer onto the front flap a 5 3/8″ x 2 1/8″ piece of Simply Marbelous DSP.
  • I cropped a scalloped oval from Polished Pink cardstock with the retired Layering Ovals dies and attached it to the right side of the front flap. Refer to photo for placement.
  • Stamp the bunny onto a scrap of Basic White cardstock with Soft Suede ink, then color with Light and Dark Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends and the nose with Light Flirty Flamingo Blends. Fussy cut, then attach it to the scalloped oval with dimensionals.
  • Use Memento ink to stamp the greeting onto a scrap of Basic White cardstock and crop with a small Stitched Rectangle die. Attach to the card front with dimensionals. Add a Pastel Pearl to the upper-left corner of the greeting.
  • Stamp two chicks with Memento ink onto the lower-left side of a 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″ piece of Basic White cardstock. Color with Light and Dark Daffodil Delight Blends and use Dark Pumpkin Pie Blends for the beaks and feet.
  • Use Granny Apple Green ink to stamp the grassy patch several times under the chicks’ feet.
  • Use Memento ink to stamp the sentiment onto the Basic White piece. Layer the finished piece onto the inside of the card.

  • For the envelope, stamp the chick onto the lower-left side of the envelope using Memento ink. Color as noted above.
