Seems I can’t get enough of the Aspen Tree Dies! They make great die-cuts to embellish your cards and projects. For my Facebook Live video this week, I used them to make a cute Halloween card and a pretty Fall card. I love how they turned out!

Be sure to check my Pinterest page or the gallery on my website for more ideas using these dies. One thing I forgot to mention on the video was that I used the In Color Decorative Dots to add a little decoration to the mushroom top.
Here are the cardstock requirements for the Halloween card:
- Card Base: Pumpkin Pie – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer (front): Metallic Shimmer Specialty Paper – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Tree Layer: Basic Black – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Gnome and Mushroom: Basic White – 4″ x 3 1/2″
- Bats: Scraps of Silver Specialty Foil
- Inside: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
Cardstock requirements for the Fall card:
- Card Base: Basic Black – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- First Layer (front): Crumb Cake – 5 1/4″ x 4″
- DSP Layer: Rustic Harvest CSP – 5 1/4″ x 1 3/4″
- Leaves: Scraps of Brushed Metallic Cardstock
- Pumpkin and Greeting: Scraps of Very Vanilla
- Inside: Very Vanilla – 5 1/4″ x 4″
