FB Live Recap: Beauty of Tomorrow Fun-Fold Card and a Simple Card

 

The Beauty of Tomorrow bundle has so many options to choose from when creating. The images are beautiful for your Fall projects! The coordinating DSP is lovely and is perfect for this fun-fold card that I made on my Facebook Live video this week – there are several areas to show off the paper. I also used some of the beautiful paper to make a simple card. If you missed my demonstration for these projects, you can view the replay here.

Although the fun-fold card is actually quite easy to make, there are lots of cardstock pieces for it – but don’t let that stop you!

 

Here are the cardstock requirements for the fun-fold card:
  • Card Base: Blackberry Bliss – 9 3/4″ x 5 1/2″, score at 1 3/8″, 2 3/4″, 4 1/8″  &  5 1/2″ and a smaller piece  cut at 4 1/2″ x 3″ scored at 2 1/4″
  • First Layer on ALL Panels is Cinnamon Cider:  Large Panel – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″; Small Panels (cut two) – 2 7/8″ x 2 1/8″;  Narrow Panels (cut four) – 5 3/8″ x 1 1/4″
  • Blackberry Beauty Specialty DSP Panels: Narrow Panels – Cut two each of two coordinating papers – 5 1/4″ x 1 1/8″; Small Panel – Matching DSP – 2 3/4″ x 2″
  • Stamped Layers: Very Vanilla – 5 1/4″ x 4″; 2 3/4″ x 2″

 

For the Simple Card, you need the following:
  • Card Base: Blackberry Bliss – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
  • First Layer (cut two): Very Vanilla – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Second Layer: Blackberry Beauty Specialty DSP (leaf design)- 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Third Layer: Very Vanilla – 4″ x 2 3/4″ crop with Stitched So Sweetly die
  • Bird: Scrap of Very Vanilla
  • Leaves: Scraps of Gold Foil
