FB Live Recap: Stippled Roses

In my video this week, I worked with the Stippled Roses bundle, making a simple fun-fold card and using sponge daubers to color another card. Roses come in so many different colors so the possibilities are endless to create beautiful projects with this set.

For the birthday card, you will need the following cardstock:
  • Card Base: Highland Heather – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
  • First Layer: Basic White – 5″ x 3 3/4″ (this is the layer you will stamp on)
  • Second Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″, cropped with the Deckled Rectangle die and embossed with the Cane Weave folder
  • Greeting: Strip of Highland Heather 5/8″ wide, Strip of Basic White 1/2″ wide
  • Inside Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″

For the fun-fold card, you need the following cardstock:
  • Card Base: Pool Party – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″, trim 1 1/4″ off each side of top to the score line – refer to video for instructions
  • Front Flap Layer: Basic White or contrasting Softly Stippled DSP  – 4 1/8″ x 2 7/8″
  • Roses: Scrap of Basic White
  • Additional Leaves: Scrap of Old Olive
  • Inside First Layer: Basic White – 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
  • Inside Second Layer: Softly Stippled DSP – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Inside Third (Stamped) Layer: Basic White – 4 1/4″ x 2 7/8″
