Video Recap: Flight & Airy DSP Cards

Well, if you’ve been following me, you know that there have been some gremlins playing around with my camera and Facebook connection lately, so doing a live video has been a challenge! After multiple unsuccessful attempts to make this a live event, I was able to create this video and post it to the group page.

The Flight & Airy Designer Paper is one of the free products available during the Saleabration currently running through the end of February 2024 and can be ordered with any qualifying purchase of $50. This paper is so lovely, and I am really excited to show you some ideas using it. There are lots of different bird designs on the papers in this pack that can be simply fussy cut and used as embellishments or focal points of a card.

This card has several layers, which actually help to highlight the pretty birds that are fussy cut from the Designer Paper. Here’s what you’ll need to make this card:

  • Card Base: Lost Lagoon – 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
  • First Layer: Basic White – 5 1/4″ x 4″
  • Second Layer: Fresh Freesia – 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
  • Third Layer: Bubble Bath – 5″ x 3 3/4″ embossed with the Exposed Brick embossing folder
  • DSP Layer: Flight & Airy DSP – cropped with the Thoughtful Expressions die
